• To provide quality training and consultancies to all cadre of management professionals in the public and private sectors.
• To enhance the managerial competencies, as well as the skills of those responsible for managing organizations.
• To conduct research and arrange for publications as well as general dissemination of study and research materials, produced in connection with the work and activities of the centre.
• To improve and promote awareness of contemporary issues in management and development.
